Explore what is underlying your symptoms to gain insight into the total scope of what is impacting you. Leveraging this knowledge, we will build a set of skills, tools, and strategies for you to use for overall relief as well as ways to manage daily.

I specialize in working with people who:

who are experiencing what feels like anxiety or depression to identify the source and tools for relief as well as those who are struggling with life transition to process that experience and build skills to make that transition successful.

I became a therapist because:
