My areas of interest and specialization include trauma (including C-PTSD), EMDR, anxiety & panic attacks, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, bipolar disorder, gender exploration and affirmation, sexuality, and LGBTQIA+ related concerns.

Outside of my work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my Australian shepherd named Leia, watching indie films and Marvel/ Star Wars content, reading fantasy and historical fiction, attending concerts, boxing, and traveling to new places.
