Are you ready to embark on a path toward healing and positive change? I am here to provide compassionate support and guidance.
My approach is utilized with the purpose of individual client needs. My preferences are an eclectic approach of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and person-centered for a balance of client-centered and structure
It would be a pleasure to walk with you through your journey to become a better you. As a team, we will develop a collaborative viewpoint where we can process any difficulties related to work, relationships, life changes, learn life skills, and more.
Working in foster care established my foundation in understanding the social, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. Additionally, I have worked with adolescents and adults with goals to improve anxiety, depression, relationships, and stress.
My passions include creating a safe place to talk about anything that you want to work through, and breaking the stigma of mental illnesses.
I am an avid dog and cat lover in addition to people. Maybe one day my dog will make an appearance as a therapy dog for those that desire this. Here at Ellie Mental Health we are like a family.
