My goal is to empower you to feel passionate about taking your life into your own hands and elevating your overall mental health and wellness.
Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy with a Positivity and Strength-Based approach, I will help you to feel seen and heard, validating your struggles, while working on realistic goals and solutions to help you gain control of your life.
Develop attainable goals and build useful skill sets, that you can practice with me and then apply in your own life. We will adapt and evolve with whatever needs may arise for you during our time together.
Are struggling in their day-to-day life, in need of coping skills/ tools to help them navigate the choices they can make to get back on the path that will bring them peace and joy, whether it be children, teens, or adults.
After 10 years of teaching, I realized my passion is in helping people make sense of their world and navigating through the most difficult times.
