I specialize in working with people who:

are experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, and mood disorders. I also have experience in working with adolescents, adults, and older adults. Lastly, I am very knowledgeable in working with the Asian-American community.

I became a therapist because:

I believe that my openness, love for education and research, and own experiences through my journey all fit together as a means to help others.

Most research shows that telepsychology is about as effective as in-person psychotherapy.
