I enjoy providing therapy for males & females in various life stages. I am trained to counsel client challenges such as anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, college transitions, professional development, relationships & the Autism Spectrum.

My own therapy experience confirmed for me that I wanted to be able to show up for & with people in ways that maybe no one else has done before.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer both virtual & in person (in Fort Worth) sessions to Texas residents. I offer virtual only appointments to Maryland residents.
