I use a person centered approach, acknowledging that each person has different needs coming into therapy. I strive to use the best therapeutic approach for each individual client including: narrative therapy, CBT, psychoanalytic, IFS and somatics.

Are 18+ and struggle with anxiety, depression, self-worth, life transitions, emotional regulation, and relationship issues.

I became a therapist because:

I believe that mental health and emotional health are as important as physical health to a persons wellbeing.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

Right now I’m telehealth only, which most people find convenient. They are able to meet during lunch breaks at work or from the comfort of their home.
