After being a school counselor and realizing the need to goes beyond the school, I started my own private practice to extend help beyond the school.

I Choose Me is not just a catchy name, it’s a journey, I myself started after feeling completely overwhelmed almost daily for years. I learned the value of self awareness, intentionality and self reflections and desire to help others do the same.
