Life often gets confusing and difficult. I am concerned with the needs of my Client's. I provide a safe place to talk about difficult things.

I am kind and considerate always viewing the situation from my Client's perspective.

One of my specialties is working with those who have endured Trauma. Trauma is always difficult and hard to understand. It can cause a lot of disability when left untreated.

I have received help for the areas that, in the past gave me turmoil. I want to give back to those who for whatever reason are in turmoil and pain.

Currently, I do video therapy-online. With the virus-Covid-19 I find that it's the safest place to conduct therapy, at least for now.

I love working with people, helping them meet their goals.
