I help people connect with something inside of them that has been lost. I have focused my practice around those who feel they are “not enough” because they deserve a place where they can finally breathe again and reconnect with their worth.

I specialize in working with people who:

You know how you were in those smart kid classes? I was, too. So were most of my clients. Then they became moms and professionals and... average. We work through the gnawing ache of anxiety, depression, and trauma. We rewrite what brings meaning.

I became a therapist because:

I wanted to work with trauma survivors. It turns out there are *many* survivors who don't even realize they went through trauma.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office is decorated with almost all vintage or thrifted items! I love vintage things. I also see clients in two states. :)

I integrate EMDR (to reprocess trauma), Internal Family Systems (to quite your inner critic), narrative therapy (to create a meaningful future), and more. You don't need to know what any of those things are, just know that I'm trained and qualified.
