In addition to my formal education in counseling, my Christian faith is also part of the foundation of my counseling practice. I can integrate as much or as little of my Christian foundation into the counseling sessions.

Identify your counseling goals and implement a plan for achieving those goals. We can talk about family of origin issues and identify how those issues are affecting you today. We can talk about boundaries, communication issues, and issues with faith.

I specialize in working with people who:

People who are grieving the loss of a loved one or are grieving because of a life transition such as moving to a new city, a break-up, or starting a new job. The struggles of being a single adult and struggles with self-worth.

I became a therapist because:

My life was changed for the better after working with two gifted counselors in different seasons of my life.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My office location is fairly easy to find, we have adequate parking and a cozy waiting room area.
