I start by deeply listening to understand you. Then, we choose the strategies best suited for your needs, to dislodge stuck emotions, navigate thoughts, mend relationships, and go through life more peacefully.

Release trapped emotions, such as anxiety, that are trapped in your body, and address mental blocks that are keeping you stuck by taking a holistic mind/body approach.

I specialize in working with people who:

I have completed extensive training targeted for those healing from adverse life experiences, anxiety, depression, anger, PTSD, early childhood wounds, and borderline personality disorder. I utilize EMDR, Somatics, IFS, & DBT to facilitate healing.

I became a therapist because:

There is an immense need for people to be understood, and healed. We were not wired to heal alone.
