Monday afternoon/evenings; Tuesday through Thursday 10am-8pm (last appointment taken at 7pm).
My clients describe me as:
Kind, compassionate, thoughtful, and challenging in a gentle way.
Something to know about my approach is:
I will take the time to understand and appreciate your unique situation before I make any suggestions about what you can do differently. I'll be curious about your mental and emotional experience and considerate of where you are in your process.
Together, we will:
Explore how you arrived at your current situation and which obstacles prevent you from getting where you want to go. We may discuss culture, identity, spirituality, and family history, but we will tailor your therapy to you.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are deepening their relationships, exploring their identity, going through life transitions, or processing challenging experiences. Whatever your struggle, we'll navigate it together.
I became a therapist because:
I want to help cultivate the relationships you have with others, as well as with yourselves. I want to create a more empathic and compassionate world.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I bring my personality, humor, and curiosity to your therapy. I will honor your thoughts, history, and emotions; I'll encourage you to do the same.
More about me and my practice:
I am fully virtual, which offers you the flexibility and convenience of meeting when and where is most comfortable. For individual therapy, I charge $150; for couples and families, I charge $180. Sessions are approximately 50 minutes.
