I focus on relationship and attachment issues, infidelity, love addiction, narcissistic abuse, Adjustment Disorder, ADHD, OCD, Generalized Anxiety Disorder, life transitions, break up grief, and lack of purpose/meaning in life.

We will take an Attachment theory, CBT, EFT, ACT approach--combining the practices of Adlerian, Narrative, Psychodynamic, Jungian shadow work and Existential therapy.

--Clients who are stuck in trauma bonds or psychologically abusive relationships. --Creatives & entrepreneurs who would like to work on peak performance therapy and are hindered by perfectionism, an inner critic, or debilitating OCD.

I taught a psychology writing class for 4 years at the university level and knew I could have a deeper impact counseling and teaching through YouTube.

My VA practice focuses on attachment theory. My NY practice offers Ketamine and Oxytocin assisted therapy.
