I take a client-centered approach which means we start wherever you are without any judgement. You are the expert in you which means that my job is to help explore and guide as we untangle whatever is bringing you to therapy.

We will sharpen the image of what you want your life to be, identify any barriers to success, and then work to overcome those challenges and get you closer to your goals.

I specialize in working with people who:

feel like they are struggling to "adult" or meet the expectations of the world around them. Folks who feel like they have "kept it together" forever but are now finding their old strategies are no longer serving them.

More about me and my practice:

I am primarily virtual because it allows folks to do therapy where they are most comfortable and takes up less of your day eliminating the commute. I do have an office in Herndon where you are welcome if you don't have a safe space of your own.
