I use a combination of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Emotionally Focused Individual Therapy (EFIT). I focus on my clients' unique emotional experiences to understand them more deeply and help them better understand themselves.

Identify distressing emotions, thoughts and behaviors and explore their origins. We will determine which patterns are helpful and decrease those that are no longer serving you. We will identify your personal values and move towards a fulfilling life!

I specialize in working with clients who want to be authentically themselves. I work with those who don't try to "fix" themselves, but want to understand their past & present experiences to pursue a life that is fulfilling for them!

I became a therapist because:

I have been a client on the couch and saw how much therapy helped me. I wanted to provide that safe space for growth and healing for others!

My therapy is accessible! I offer therapy virtually, and have an amazing team working with me who also provides sessions in-person in Fairfax City!
