I work with a cognitive behavioral foundation, so we will focus on how thoughts and feelings impact one another. I utilize other approaches including mindfulness. I like to be goal oriented in our work and collaborative. I am also trained in EMDR.

I became a therapist because:
I simply have wanted to help people. I've been told since I was young that I am a good listener and wanted to put that skill to use.
