My approach is intuitively led, meeting clients where they are while offering structure and support to explore and shift maladaptive behaviors or patterns. I use a combination of Emotional Freedom Technique and IFS parts in my work with clients.

Together, we will explore healing and fulfillment by addressing maladaptive behaviors, limiting beliefs, and traumatic activations that perpetuate dysfunctional cycles, paving the way for growth and transformation.
