I am well equipped to work with clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, chronic pain, caregiver stress, aging concerns, relationship issues, or personal growth.

Together we will examine the concerns within your life, better understand the root causes, and how to move forward in life in a way that feels meaningful to you. I take my work seriously and do not take lightly the financial and time commitment that my clients make to do therapy.

I became a therapist because of how my own past life experiences impacted my sense of self. I wanted to harness that growth and healing to offer support and compassion to others.

I have been in the field of mental health for close to ten years working in hospitals, healthcare settings, and group private practices. Within the past year I opened my own private practice.
