I have a waitlist for new clients, linked on my website.
My clients describe me as:
Helping them by building their self-compassion, breaking down shame, sharing knowledge about trauma, and instilling a sense of resiliency.
Something to know about my approach is:
Reflective yet practical, informed by what we know of trauma and the nervous system; influence of early attachment experiences; and importance of compassion-focused responses for addressing core shame. I also integrate EMDR, somatics, IFS, and NARM.
Together, we will:
Work towards a life worth living beyond trauma and experiences that have hurt you. I believe in collaborating with you to provide trusted and knowledgeable care that will help to give you a sense of direction in your trauma recovery.
I specialize in working with people who:
Are struggling with their histories of trauma. This can looks like PTSD or C-PTSD; but, it can also show up as depression, anxiety, avoidance, dissociation, struggles with attachment and trust, emotional difficulties, chronic shame, and more.
More about me and my practice:
I come to this work with ten+ years of experience in the trauma and education fields after having lived and worked in Southeast Europe and Western Asia as part of refugee, terrorism, trafficking, domestic violence, and trauma response teams.
