We will do some mindfulness practice, no experience required, some talk therapy, and some work to create healthy boundaries and improve interpersonal communication as part of improving relationships and quality of life.

Often we talk about the past, family of origin, the current, how you are feeling in this moment, and some future planning to help you on your path. We will set goals for things you’d like to increase or behaviors you’d like to decrease.
I specialize in working with people who:
Who have anxiety or depression, feel lost or confused, sad, overwhelmed, and lonely. Often people feel okay about many aspects of their life, and still want to reduce stress and improve how they cope with life. Creative types, spiritual seekers.
I became a therapist because:
I have something to offer people on their journey towards feeling better and empowered in their life. I’ve experienced the healing ability of therapy.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I offer telehealth which makes it convenient and easy to attend sessions. Despite being physically apart we still can co-regulate and feel together.

I've been working as a mindfulness and meditation teacher for more than twenty years and have been a psychotherapist for more than ten years. I incorporate mindfulness and somatic (body awareness) into my work because it's integral to healing.
