I have experience working with people who are experiencing a variety of concerns, from those who have survived complex trauma to those that need support in managing the stressors of day to day life.

Through individualized person-centered care I will work with you to create a supportive relationship that will allow us to face the problems you are experiencing and find a pathway to healing. Our time will be rooted in partnership & collaboration.

My specialties include working with LGBTQIA+ clients & clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, & grief. I also specialize in working with survivors of abuse & sexual assault, and clients in/exploring CNM relationships.
