Want real change. Most of my clients are parents or people who are struggling in difficult relationships with others, such as family, friends, or romantic partners. Often these difficulties are a result of developmental trauma. I also enjoy working with people who struggle with addiction (technology, alcohol, cannabis, etc).

Helping people work through challenges and create lasting change matters deeply to me. Our society has moved toward a medicalized, pathologized model of mental health which encourages identification with diagnosis and limits feelings of agency in their lives. If you are tired of having your behavior labeled and diagnosed, we will be likely be a good fit.

I offer telehealth appts on Mon, Tues, Wed, and Friday. I work in-person in Woodinville on Thursdays.
