My approach is integrative & holistic. I've trained in many approaches to talk therapy as well as EMDR, and when useful, I draw upon mindfulness tools developed from decades studying & teaching yoga & meditation. I'm also a trained divorce mediator.

Together we will get to the root of your troubles, understanding and healing the source of those troubles so that the symptoms are relieved and the old coping mechanisms that can be draining and problematic are no longer needed.
