Something to know about my approach is:

I believe that family is the key to healing adolescent and young adult mental health issues. Restoring harmony and connection between parents and children is essential, so that kids can turn to family for support when they are struggling.

Together, we will:

Uncover and heal the underlying trauma, anxiety, depression, or other mental health conditions that cause behavioral issues such as substance abuse, disordered eating, anger and aggression, and gaming and social media addictions.

I work for Newport Academy's Outpatient Program in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Our center is tailored for teens who are experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, or other mental health concerns.
