As a therapist, I work from an integrative approach and have a down-to-earth, compassionate style. I will hold space for you to process whatever is that is challenging you. I will both support you and gently challenge you to be your best self.

From the first session, we help you get clarity about how to move forward and start feeling better. We are smart, compassionate, thoughtful/active listeners. Ellen, David and I are experienced and use several modalities (CADC, EMDR, CBT, ACT, etc)
