During sessions, I like clients to be able to process stressors, share more depth relating to barriers and be able to learn a specific coping tool to try to support developing and creating change relating to the barriers that are existing.

My approach many combines client-centered, narrative, behavioral, humanistic, and existential theories using evidence-based techniques from CBT, DBT, Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy, and solution-focused therapy to meet each client's goals/needs.
