Top of the evening from your favorite therapist. The motivational word for today is “hunger”. When I speak about hunger, I’m not referring to stomach hunger, but motivational hunger with setting goals and completing them. This Monday, I challenge you to feed your hunger and motivate yourself to step outside your comfort zone and set your intentions.

Don’t wait until the New Year to start your goals, start today. The first step is the hardest step to take which is getting started and putting those fears aside. The longer that you procrastinate, the least likely you are to get started and complete those goals. I hope that this will help someone to help get them started with feeding that “Hunger.
