Fixed states or fixed attitudes are ideas we have about life that are fixed in our minds.  They come in a variety of versions, and have a variety of sources.  Each of us has our own.  Our fixed attitudes run our lives in a way.  We have fixed attitudes about any and everything.  In a way you could say they are the software that runs out lives, our thinking, our actions, and usually out outcomes.

Fixed attitudes can be about us – “I’m not good enough.” or “I am better than they are.”  These attidues can heppen in any area of life and our self-image.  They often interfere with our ability to be happy and live a fulfilling life.  And they usually not ultimately the “truth” of our existence.

These fixed attitudes can also be about others, “I don’t trust people” or about a certain situation in life.  They can be about anything, but it is usually personal to us in some way.

Where do these fixed attitudes come from?  Mabe our parents, teachers, coaches, peers, or we just make them up.  They can even come from what we read or watch on the news.

There are ways to work with these fixed attitudes that often cause us misery.  Some Mind Clearing techniques can directly confront these attitudes, and clear them from our way of thinking.

Mind Clearing works on the mind like the game janga.  Every session you are pulling at the blocks and removing them from the fixed structure of our minds.  Eventually, the entire mind structure can crash down and this frees up our mental energy and frees us in some way we often never thought was possible.  The structure of our mind is made up of many of these constructs that can crash down.  With every collapse of these structures we are more clear and often feel more free.   Some part of our mind that was problematic is released and we are open to knew ways of thinking and seeing our lives.
