Our diagnoses are our superpowers, once we learn to use our barriers for growth and exude vulnerability, we are able to navigate life more successfully. I believe we limit ourselves by seeing our labels as disenfranchising when we have the tools to live healthy lives. Mental health is compromised by our genes, by our environment, and by the trauma we experience. We all have been impacted in one way or another, we are more alike than we are different. Let’s find our worth, our commonalities, our strengths, and build a peaceful world of connectivity. Divide just lessens the likelihood of increasing understanding. Let’s spread love, smiles, positivity, and survive because we are all warriors. Most times we just forget to notice that the battlefield often lies within ourselves. Once we become serene with “self”, we are able to cultivate a new tomorrow.
