I use an exclusive approach known as Integrative Depth Psychology where we explore issues through four pillars that make up my approach. I use cultural sensitive, humanistic, intersubjective, and Jungian modalities to set the groundwork for therapy.

I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral and Solution-Focused approaches. However, as I get to know my clients more and their specific difficulties I'll use a variety of techniques as appropriate.
