I use an active, collaborative style that combines cognitive behavioral approaches with some psychodynamic elements, and a focus on short term and long term goals. I am very specifically a gay men’s specialist therapist and coach.

I use humor when appropriate and don't assign random "homework" just because in therapy - I do however recommend activities, books, and podcasts for use in between sessions when appropriate and specific to a client's goals.
I offer holistic, individualized evaluations & medication management through a culturally competent & sensitive lens. For milder symptoms, alternative/natural supplements are an option. I also offer brief, solution focused therapy for some clients.
