My primary treatment modality is CBT because it has a large body of research for treating various mental health conditions but is flexible enough to blend with other modalities to tailor treatment to each client. My approach is also trauma-informed.

Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), I assist you in achieving awareness on how to make lasting behavior changes in order to live a life you value. We can't control our emotions or thoughts but we can refuse to be controlled by them.
