I use contemporary psychodynamic and cognitive-behavioral approaches to assess/treat many conditions including personality disorders (e.g., narcissistic; borderline), sleep disorders (e.g., insomnia), anxiety, depression, and more unusual conditions.

I ask plenty of questions and give feedback but listening attentively is the best way to develop a comprehensive understanding of my clients. When someone shares their story, I learn more from how they share it and not just from the words said.

Some treatment interventions I utilize are Trauma processing interventions (CPT), Mindfulness, CBT, and DBT. My goals are to allow you to take control, employ compassion, empathy, and care through ongoing engagement and rapport building.
