I often use CBT, which I find to be the easiest to adapt to any issue you go through in life. I teach mindfulness exercises to help center clients in times of anger, anxiety or depression, and focus on self-care. Spiritual Counseling is available.

I have learned a variety of skills and techniques, and I enjoy using mindfulness techniques, Cognitive behavioral techniques, and psychodynamic techniques. I really love experiential work, I use stories, journaling, and thought processing skills.
