I hope to help clients to "say yes to life" and live with authenticity. I believe in the importance of finding and addressing the root of the issue in order to help you live the life you want, while also practicing coping skills to help in the now.

We will process how the past impacts the present by utilizing an Existential Analytic approach, as well as other treatment modalities like EMDR and Brainspotting. This is how we can address past trauma, anxiety, life changes, etc.
