My clients describe me as:
My clients have described me as warm, good at listening, straight forward, whole body and mind helpful, and smart.
Something to know about my approach is:
My mantra is "Every person deserves to live the best life possible." I am truly holistic meaning the mind and body are equally as important. Many times a person can use physiological keys to unlock mental health opportunities for healing and growth.
Together, we will:
Together we will clarify goals, identify personal strengths and resources, and process what needs to be processed in order to clear the path and envision a healthier adaptive outlook. Simultaneously we will build skills for your Life Worth Living.
I specialize in working with people who:
I have experience from birth to end of life, struggles with life transitions or actively managing major diagnoses. I became certificied in Clinical Military Counseling to stay true to my roots and serve military, first responders, and their families.
I became a therapist because:
I want people to live the best life possible, I like to take an educational approach and help you learn about you. You are the most valuable tool.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I have elected to stay telehealth at this time. This has allowed me to fit more people into my schedule.

I use treatment modalities of Beck Institute's CBT, DBT, EMDR, Polyvagal Informed Assessment and Interventions. I write SMART goals and also track progress with tools like the Client Directed Outcome Informed ORS/SRS, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PCL-5.
