I specialize in working with people who:

I have experience from birth to end of life, struggles with life transitions or actively managing major diagnoses. I became certificied in Clinical Military Counseling to stay true to my roots and serve military, first responders, and their families.

I became a therapist because:

I want people to live the best life possible, I like to take an educational approach and help you learn about you. You are the most valuable tool.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I have elected to stay telehealth at this time. This has allowed me to fit more people into my schedule.

More about me and my practice:

I use treatment modalities of Beck Institute's CBT, DBT, EMDR, Polyvagal Informed Assessment and Interventions. I write SMART goals and also track progress with tools like the Client Directed Outcome Informed ORS/SRS, PHQ-9, GAD-7, and PCL-5.
