The change or help that you want/need will not come from me. I give you ideas based on my experience of what helps. You the client decides which will work best for you.

Together, we will:

Discuss your current situation with up to two different ways to overcome. The choice will be yours and yours alone. If it doesn't work then we will try something else. I don't give up easily but understand my limits.

More about me and my practice:

I have been finished with my Masters since 2015. I have been working under supervision since then. Completed my required hours in March 2024. I wanted my own clinic so that I can see people that need help.
