It's very experiential (tuning into the physical sensations of your feelings, visualizing being in certain situations, conversing with parts of yourself) because this is what changes your brain so you can feel better for good.

explore your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and how your experiences, life situations, and relationships have influenced them while guiding you through processes and teaching you skills to live the life you want and let go of what you don't.
