Find out what values you and/or your family hold and use that as a guide for healing. Whether I’m working with an adult, child or family, I prioritize their values, create a safe space to process, and I go at the client’s pace to make progress.

I specialize in working with people who:

Are looking for support for their child, family or themselves. I focus on supporting the whole family. I offer play, art and sand tray therapy for children and I connect well with teens. I work with adults with anxiety, trauma and life transitions.

I became a therapist because:

I love connecting with others on a deep level. I would ditch the small talk any day for a cup of tea and rich conversation with others. I love my job!

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My big office that is comfortable for all ages! My office is in the heart of historic Folsom and is easily accessible from most local areas.
