Varies. No weekends.
My clients describe me as:
I'm down to earth, relatable, empathetic, encouraging, and empowering.
Something to know about my approach is:
I support my clients in taking action steps toward obtaining the changes they would like to see in their lives and relationships. I also like to use animal assisted therapy as a tool to encourage client engagement in the therapeutic process.
Together, we will:
identify and learn helpful and effective coping skills, increase insight, and change unhelpful patterns, which may contribute to life challenges. We will work together to find strategies and resources to support change and growth.
I specialize in working with people who:
want to identify unhelpful patterns and behaviors which contribute to challenges in their life. I will help you to identify more productive and helpful ways to accomplish the changes that you want to see in yourself and your relationships.
I became a therapist because:
I want to help people who feel stuck, or need more support in their life in order to make changes.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
using my dogs as a tool to support therapeutic change. I also use play therapy, when clinically appropriate, in order to facilitate change.
More about me and my practice:
I love working with individuals and families who are motivated to improve the quality of their life and relationships.
