I focus on improving communication and relational connection through a unique use of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Gottman and DBT skill building. I don't just sit back and listen. You can expect active engagement during our sessions.

Together, we will:

(If couple) Discuss helpful background information, communication styles and we'll collaboratively come up with goals while identifying your desired areas of focus. For individual work, we'll start with you and what you'd like to work on.

I specialize in working with people who:

are overwhelmed in their relationship and want to get it back on track through communication skill building and improved connection. I'm also specialized in suicidal ideation and can help with feelings of hopelessness and guide problem solving.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

My sessions are all fully remote. You can literally join from anywhere you feel comfortable for session. Couples may join from separate locations.
