My approach to therapy is varied, eclectic, creative, and based on your particular needs.I specialize in ADHD/Autism and mood disorders such as depression and anxiety. I teach being in the moment and how to tame your automatic negative thoughts.

With me, you will learn about how thinking errors influence our behaviors and feelings as well as how to reframe those thoughts to achieve a healthier and happier outlook on life. We will use laughter and compassion to get through things together.

I work with those who would leave their head behind if it wasn't attached. Anyone who feels misunderstood and needs a guide through life could work well with me as long as they are willing to do the hard work that therapy entails.

I became a therapist because:

I'm someone who has suffered from symptoms of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, PTSD, and ADHD. I also love to help others become empowered.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

That you can be in your pajamas, avoid traffic, and still attend. In other words, I do telehealth.

More about me and my practice:

I love being a sort of "personal trainer of the mind." I give the exercises but it's up to the client to do them at home or they will not get a return on their investment. My practice is laid back and accepting of all humans who need help.
