My approach to therapy cannot be categorized into one psychological perspective. I attempt to meet each individual’s specific need by providing a safe, supportive therapeutic environment that fosters open communication of problems and action plans.

Clients will discuss issues that hinder success in important areas of life including depression, anxiety, anger, low self-esteem, poor communication skills, complex relationship/family problems, trauma, terminal illness, divorce, separation, etc.

I have a genuine passion for helping individuals be successful.

I offer therapy in a safe, supportive environment. I firmly believe that feelings of safety promote room for healing and growth (the ultimate goal!).
