Sunday-Thursday, including evenings
My clients describe me as:
Welcoming, nonjudgmental, collaborative, affirming, respectful, practical, supportive, responsive, trauma-responsive, culturally humble
Something to know about my approach is:
My approach is non-pathologizing, liberatory, and decolonial. I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapies, including Gestalt, EFT, EMDR, and mindfulness to tailor the right fit for each client.
Together, we will:
Identify what *you* want your goals for therapy to be. Then, we'll discover what supports you in that work, both in therapy sessions and out in your daily life. I offer long and short term options, and letters in support of gender affirming care.
I specialize in working with people who:
are LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, disabled/chronically ill, Indigenous, spiritual, polyam/CNM, kink/BDSM, veterinarians/vet techs, lab techs, animal rescuers, pet caretakers, academics/students/university staff, artists/crafters, geeks/nerds/fandom folx
I became a therapist because:
This work is inseparable from my activism. I realized there weren't very many people like me in this field, and I decided I wanted to do my part.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
It is accessible anywhere you have privacy and a secure internet connection. Come as you are, from the comfort of your own space.
More about me and my practice:
I am a trans nonbinary, queer, neurodivergent, disabled, chronically ill, Indigenous and white therapist, available to see clients located in California. I welcome clients from all walks of life in addition to my speciality populations above.
