My clients describe me as:
gentle, grounding, and non-judgmental. They say I ask evocative guiding questions and enjoy our creative opening and closing exercises.
Something to know about my approach is:
that it is founded in trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive care. From this foundation I integrate a variety of holistic approaches attuned to your strengths and needs. I focus on guiding you to reconnect with your resilience.
Together, we will:
build your coping skills, practice mindfulness, harness your strengths/resources, explore underlying wounds, create new healing experiences, promote body/nervous system regulation, allow full expression, and integrate insights into daily life.
I specialize in working with people who:
are going through major life changes (grief, trauma, adolescence, infertility/prenatal/postpartum, divorce, illness, etc).
I became a therapist because:
I want to reflect the wholeness that exists within you at this moment, even with the challenges and stuckness you may be experiencing.
Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:
I work with nature as my "co-therapist," meeting with clients outdoors, at local beaches and parks. My downtown Felton office is also accessible.
More about me and my practice:
I would be honored to journey with you to experience freedom from feeling overwhelmed or stuck and freedom toward a life of connection, wholeness, and hope. My practice nurtures your relationships with yourself, others, and the planet.
