Anxiety, depression, intrusive thoughts, loneliness, feeling stuck, feeling judged...I've experienced all of these, and more, on my own journey in mental health.

I became a therapist because:

I have spent several years in my own personal therapy to work through the things that were holding me back, and I still do to this day.
