I will view you holistically, tracking experiences of mind, body, heart and spirit - whatever that means to you. I utilize psychodynamic & somatic approaches to identify themes & establish understanding about the self between your past and present.

Explore the breadth and depth of your experiences. I’ve heard it all, and there is nothing off limits to discuss in therapy with me. We will traverse the present, everyday stressors, childhood experiences, pivotal moments, challenges & triumphs.

are curious and motivated to take care of themselves & their mental health, are introspective, those who wish to make meaning & experience purpose & fulfillment, and establish a better relationship with themselves, others, and the world around them.

I became a therapist because:

As a young person, I was consistently sought out by friends as a source of support, compassion and love. I strive to continue this within my practice.

Something that stands out about where I offer therapy is:

I offer therapy via telehealth in both California and New York. I plan to be licensed in Vermont in the near future, as well.
