I use a harm reduction approach to understanding and treating substance use and other compulsive behaviors. This approach explores a number of contributing factors, such as co-occurring mental illnesses, family relationships, and medical problems.

address your addictive behaviors, and any other concerns, by improving your relationship with yourself and others, building insight into your unique history, integrating therapeutic tools, and deepening your mind-body connection.

I specialize in working with people who:

struggle with substance misuse and other compulsive behaviors, and with the romantic partners and/or family members of those struggling with addiction.
