I specialize in working with people who:

Women experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, life changes, grief, need a safe place to process and get support through it all. Women in all stages of motherhood such as pre-conception, pregnancy, miscarriage, loss, postpartum, ongoing parenting.

I became a therapist because:

Life is messy and everyone needs someone to get down in the mess with them. Therapy has changed my own life and my mission is to support others.

The office is easily accessible by light rail, bus with easy car parking. My office is cozy, quiet and private.
